Detailed Description

A class whose instances represent a set of integer indices.

An IotrMask is designed so that it takes only constant time to verify that an individual index is in the set. Use an instance of ElementGather, rather than IotrMask to represent an index set unless it is necessary to repeatedly search for indices in the set (rather than looping over them.)
